This course is suitable for those looking for an entry level qualification in the Beauty Industry and is designed to develop within the student the skills and knowledge required to begin their career in nail technology.
Nail Technology is the temporary and semi-permanent application of nails that incorporates beautifying and/or corrective nail services. These services may range from a simple manicure to the application of nail enhancements or nail art.
Certificate III in Nail Technology is designed to develop the skills and knowledge of those wishing to establish their own successful business in nail technology as an owner-operator. The course covers all aspects of nail technology, including sculptured nails, Permanent French application using both acrylic and gel, and the use of electrical equipment for nails. Students undertaking Certificate III in nail technology will automatically complete the Certificate II in Nail technology.
